Germany faced Sweden in the second relegation stage match of the day, seeing Alternate fight against unFinished. Playing de_dust2, Alternate produced strong terrorist play, granting them a 11-4 lead at half-time. The German mix-team quickly picked up four rounds and stood at match-point. The Swedes then went to find their way through the German defense, taking them to a 15-10 score. A plant at bombsite b saw Alternate eliminated all unFinished members and defuse the bomb to win 16-10.

Alternate will now be up against Group A winners from SK Gaming, who yesterday sorted out mousesports 16-11 on de_inferno.
